With a stove on board of your boat, you can satisfy your hunger without leaving that fantastic fishing spot behind. A stove or oven opens up a world of possibilities to even non-angling boaters.
If you like to bake, you'll definitely want an oven. Two features to look for are a convection setting and an enamel-lined oven box. Convection baking is about 25% faster, meaning less fuel consumption. Enamel holds the heat very well, which results in more even cooking. However, you shouldn't pass up an otherwise perfect stove because it lacks either of these oven features. So How Do I Choose?
