3M Panel Bonding Adhesive - 6.76 oz - 08115

3M™ Panel Bonding Adhesive is a cost-effective two-part epoxy adhesive for bonding replacement body panels. From its fast, convenient cartridge system the adhesive seals and bonds steel, aluminum, SMC, and FRP securely in a single operation.

Features:

• A high performance two component epoxy adhesive
• Bonds a variety of steel, aluminium, SMC, and FRP (traditional fiberglass) non-structural components. Also use to reinforce welded or riveted structural components
• It can be spot welded through or used in conjunction with rivet bonds
• Corrosion inhibitors and glass bead technology to ensure bond line thickness
• Provides extended work-time or can be rapidly cured with heat
• Bonds door skins, roof skins, quarter panels, box sides and bumper covers

Note: Panel Bonding Adhesive should only be used to bond structural components such as pillars, rockers or frame members when specified by an OEM (Example: Aluminum Ford F-150). Unless specified by an OEM, structural components should be welded.
