Most Canadian locations are still experiencing extended delivery times due to high demand and operational challenges even though the Canada Post strike has ended. Courier delays may affect the delivery of packages to Defender, or those packages we ship out to customers.

While we are making every effort to use any available information in our checkout delivery estimates; we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Updates

• Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within Canada.
• Free shipping may not apply within Canada to certain rural or remote areas, and for large or bulky items.
• Additional shipping fees may be incurred for remote areas, large or bulky items or items with hazardous materials. These fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
• Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing (certain items require longer times as is indicated on those product pages.)
• Items that exceed standard shipping limitations on weight and/or size are shipped via Truck Freight. Additional shipping fees apply. A signature may be required for receipt of shipment.
• All shipments to Canada originate in the US, which is reflected in transit times.

To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. You will have the ability to select your courier of choice during the checkout process. Please note that when the delivery team brings a package to you, a signature may be required to finalize the delivery.
