Description

Airmar's M265LM Dual Band Chirp-Ready In-Hull Transducer delivers clear target details, bottom discrimination, as well as bait and game-fish separation at all depths. It is packed with a seven-element, low-frequency array that operates between 42 and 65 kHz for deep-water performance down to 914 m (3000'). The medium-frequency ceramic operates between 85 and 135 kHz and is excellent for identifying targets suspended close to the bottom of structure and within the water column.

Features:

  • 9-Pin cable end for use with compatible Simrad / Lowrance sounders
  • In-hull depth sensor designed for solid-fiberglass hulls
  • 1 kW of power for great mid to deep-depth performance
  • Covers popular fishing frequencies of 50, 88, and 107 kHz plus everything else in the bandwidths
  • Exclusive Xducer ID® technology
  • Automatic configuration of echosounder to transducer - enables the echosounder to adapt to the transducer connected, providing an optimized system
  • Continuous monitoring of ceramic operating temperatures
  • Transducer profile information can be presented on the OEM echosounder display
  • Durable plastic housing with mounting base
  • Transducer installs into the included tank which is cut to the boat's deadrise angle and affixed inside the hull
  • When the transducer is placed inside the tank, it is properly oriented for optimal performance
  • Popular choice for boaters not wanting to drill a hole in their hull and for trailered or lifted boats

Specifications:

  • Low frequency: 42 to 65 kHz
    • 25° to 16° beamwidth
    • Maximum depth of 914 m (3,000')
    • Provides greater depth range, wider beamwidth, and ultimately more coverage under the boat
  • Medium frequency: 85 to 135 kHz
    • 16° to 11° beamwidth
    • Maximum depth of 457 m (1500')
    • Identifies targets suspended close to the bottom of structure and within the water column
  • 73 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer
  • Recommended boat length: 11 m (36') and above
  • Hull material: Solid fiberglass only
  • Deadrise angle: Accommodates a deadrise angle up to 30° with the longest side of the tank installed parallel to the centerline (keel) of the hull
  • Acoustic window: Urethane
  • Transducer element: Eight broadband ceramic assembly
  • Weight: 6.2 kg (13.5 lbs)
