- Includes base and cushioned seat with hinged backrest
- Seat Base is Powder Coated for Durability
- Base Flange comes predrilled for easy installation
- Predrilled vent hole, cover included but not installed
- Comfortable space-saving seat bolts to the base with piano hinge (provided but not installed) for easy access to storage inside
- Seat backrest folds down when not in use
- Seat cushion is 3" thick for added comfort
- 3/4" marine-grade treated plywood with vinyl upholstery
