Description
The entire range of high resistance mooring shock absorbers is the result of years of research, tests and experience. Douglas Marine devices guarantee a progressive shock absorber action thanks to elastomers of differentiated hardness. Douglas Marine was were able to obtain minimum dimensions and weights, reduced by up 1/4 compared to equivalent nautical shock absorbers on the market, thanks to use of components such as stainless steel HR and special elastomers with unchanged properties from -40 to 120° C (-40 to 248° F) and resistance of over 400.000 cycles at the end of stroke (at maximum compression).
