The Ultra Series™ Pole End Fitting is the sailor's choice for inshore and offshore racing and is designed to lock open with a trip line that runs partially inside the pole.

• The 3" (UTR-300-EF) and 3.5" (UTR-350-EF) models also include a small "Trigger Ball" on the end which allows for the jaw to be clicked open at the end without going to the other side of the pole. As soon as the jaw is pushed onto a mast ring or sheet, the latch is automatically engaged
