The Endurance ED Marine Binoculars with Illuminated Compass model includes range finding reticle display and integrated compass. The range finding reticle display can be used to calculate distance between you and the object you are looking at. This can be extremely important in nautical environments assisting as a visual check and as a failsafe to on-board navigation systems. The integrated compass allows you to pinpoint your bearing and that of any object or land. The compass is illuminated for even more visibility in low light conditions.

Note: The compass is set for northern hemisphere latitudes (Europe and USA), so may appear slightly out of focus when used outside of these regions.
