Lewmar CHSX Windlass/Winch Deck Switch

The Lewmar CHSX is a high volume deck switch that replaces the SX deck switch. Lewmar CHSX comes from the Cole Hersee SX deck switch. The Cole Hersee part, is the manufacturers name of the actual electrical switch itself. This is the electrical switch that has been successfully used in the custom deck switch range for over 20 years with good service. CHSX has enhanced electrical rating, improved water sealing and is mechanically more robust.

Features:

• Open cover switches have round opening in lid allowing fingertip operation without lifting lid
• Closed cover switches require lid to be open for use
• 3 layers of ingress protection
• Incorporates an industry proven switching element
• Comprehensively tested to a rigorous test specification, switching a bank of contactors at maximum current rating
• Heavier duty more robust design

Note: The CHSX is 15 mm larger than the old SX switches.
