Why so many pumps?

Water is a great source of power and boats, in the loosest terms, tame that power. Marine pumps enable your boat to bring water safely into cool engines and motors. Pumps filter and grind on board fluids before they push them overboard or into holding tanks. Pumps move fluids from one component to another and from here to there within a closed environment like an engine.
