Scanstrut Multi-Display Scanpod Helmpod - SPH-4XI-W

The Scanstrut Scanpod Helm Pod is a clean, sturdy and secure way to mount electronics on all pedestal configurations. It fits pedestal guards/rails from 0.98" - 1.33" and because of its unique clamping system, it can fit rail widths from 7" upwards.

Features:

• Uncut helm pod is designed for (2) standard instruments and (1) 7" display
• Fits pedestal rails from 0.98" - 1.33"
• Unique clamping system enables it to fit rail widths from 7" upwards
• Saddle system supports the stainless steel tubing enabling a secure and rigid fit onto any pedestal
• Watertight seal at cable entry
• No drill hardware kit - customized U-bolts fit around rail and through the saddles into the back of the pod eliminating the need for time consuming and awkward drilling of the stainless rail
• Hardware fits from back to front cutting their threads into injection molded ABS inserts designed into the pod front
• Allows for a quick and safe install and repeat servicing
• Gasket is manufactured from a high tear strength silicone
• Very high resistance to heat and UV providing confidence that it will not deteriorate over time
