Schaefer's traveler systems are designed to handle the inevitable high impact and shock loads caused by jibing, mainsail flogging while reefing and other loads not often considered when specking out a traveler system.

Features:

Track:

• Thick wall extruded aluminum maintains dimensional stability and structural integrity
• Hard coat anodized for corrosion protection, Teflon ™ impregnated to extend the life of the coating and to reduce surface friction
• Counter sunk fastener holes can also be used as optional stop pin holes
• End stops are made from UV treated shock absorbing Urethane

Traveler Car:

• Stainless steel wheels with captive stainless steel ball bearings and full radius races
• Design spreads loads evenly to a larger surface area than other plastic bearing designs
• Car can be removed for inspection/cleaning with no risk of losing bearings
• Car body is hard coat anodized for durability

Control Blocks:

• Fast Entry cam cleats for ultimate control
• Delrin™ ball bearing sheaves
• Adjustable mounting holes allow 3 cam positions to ensure a good lead
• Polished stainless steel cheeks
