• XXC0812 delivers a 50% increase in power yet is 15% lighter
• Lightened handle and body; locally reinforced with unidirectional carbon fiber and with critical components in titanium
• Ceramic coated jaws hold hybrid covered lines at loads up to 2350 kg (5180 lbs) and help resist heat generated at higher line speeds for extended jaw life
• Optimized for high performance 8 - 12 mm (5/16 - 1/2") line diameters
• Internal Torlon roller bearings ensure lasting performance and durability under high loads
• Easy on-deck access for removing complete internal assembly even when banked together

Remote Release Features:

• Reduce Compression: Remote-controlled stoppers and clamps can be placed where they are most effective. This means the clamp or stopper can hold the line as close as possible to the load point, thereby reducing compression. A loaded line naturally creates a compressive force between the two points. The greater the length, the more structure is required to resist this force
• Tidy Appearance: Modern boat designers choose to run running rigging either below deck or in concealed areas of the boat to create "clean" deck layouts for aesthetic reasons or to increase aerodynamic efficiency
