The GX1410 Eclipse Series is a Class D VHF marine radio compliant with ITU-R M493-16, featuring a dedicated Channel 70 receiver that enables DSC calls to be received even while actively monitoring other communications. When activated, the DSC DISTRESS function transmits a digital MAYDAY that includes the vessel's identification, latitude, longitude, and time, ensuring a prompt and accurate emergency response. Additional DSC call types supported include Individual, Urgency, Safety, Position Report, and Send.

The high-resolution dot matrix display makes navigating the radio's many functions smooth and intuitive. Its ultra-bright, adjustable backlight ensures excellent visibility in both daylight and nighttime conditions.

Designed with everyday boaters in mind, the Easy-to-Operate (E2O) menu system is more intuitive than ever. All functions and settings can be accessed in just a few simple steps, making DSC calling and programming remarkably user-friendly.

The GX1410G also simplifies DSC setup with a built-in 66-channel GPS receiver located directly on the front panel. There is no need for external GPS wiring. The unit is ready to use straight out of the box, allowing users to perform DSC calling and position sharing quickly and effortlessly.
