Uflex Protech 1.1 Front Mount OB Hydraulic Steering System

The Uflex Protech 1.1 Hydraulic Steering System is a premium front-mount outboard kit engineered for smooth, reliable handling and long service life. Designed for Mercury/Mariner, Yamaha, Honda, and Suzuki outboards, it combines high-efficiency performance with robust materials.

PROTECH1.1 includes a standard helm.

PROTECH1.1T includes a tilt helm for adjustable wheel angle and added comfort.

• UP28FM front-mount helm pump (standard version)
• UC128-TS/1 front-mount cylinder with carbon steel piston
• 304 stainless link assembly, electropolished and passivated
• Stainless steel helm shaft with heavy-duty shaft seals
• Adjustable boss-style fittings for precise, leak-resistant hose routing
• 4.25 turns lock-to-lock for precise, efficient steering
• Relief valve setting: 1000 psi
• Compatible with Teleflex/SeaStar Solutions hoses and oil
• For use with Kit OB or Kit OB BHBR hoses (sold separately)

• (1) UP28FM helm (PROTECH1.1) or tilt helm (PROTECH1.1T)
• (1) UC128-TS/1 cylinder
• (2) Quarts of OIL 15 hydraulic oil
