C.S. Johnson's "Captain Hook" Chain Snubber can be used to relieve tension from your windlass while anchored or to hold the chain in your anchor roller and tying off on a cleat while underway.

Features:

• Chain snubber with 15' of 5/8" 3-strand nylon line with a professional eye splice
• Relieves tension from your windlass while anchored (required by most windlass manufacturers)
• Secures chain and anchor to roller while under way
• Reduces shock load on cleats and chain stops while anchored
