Description
Furuno's FA70 is a complete Class B+ (SOTDMA) AIS that transmits information such as vessel name and call sign, position, course, and speed to your NavNet, AIS-capable radar or chart plotter, or favorite navigation software.

- Internal hi-accuracy GPS receiver with WAAS differential (DGPS) capability - ensures that you're transmitting the highest precision information
- Standard built-in VHF antenna splitter allows it to share your VHF radio's antenna, making installation simple
- SOTDMA guarantees an AIS time slot allocation, making you visible in congested waters
- Multiple ports for simple connection to your NavNet, AIS-capable radar or chart plotter, or your favorite navigation software
- NMEA2000 port, 2x NMEA0183 ports and a USB (micro B) port
- Initial setup can be done through the NMEA2000 network (TZT2/TZT3)
