Swiveling cleat unit, 0.59" (15 mm) sheaves. Stainless steel arm, small C-Cleat™ & fairlead. Swivel cleat bases permit easy cleating and releasing from any angle. Ideal for cunningham, vang, foreguy, pole topping lift and other control lines on larger yachts.
